Why should I use plan management?

You have the ability to choose unregistered NDIS providers and registered providers. I handle all the financial aspect so you won’t have to hassle with the NDIS online portal administration and all this comes at no cost to you.

Will my carers and services be paid on time?

I aim to pay the majority of invoices within 5 to 7 days after receiving the approved invoice. Occasionally, up to 2 weeks if there are concerns with the invoices.

How do you know the services have actually occurred when you receive the invoices?

I usually request that invoices be forwarded to me and copied to you for your approval. In some cases, where you do not receive the invoices, I am more than happy to forward you a copy of the invoice to be approved.

Can I use my non-registered providers?

Yes that is one of the many benefits being plan managed. You can use anyone you want, including non NDIS registered providers.

How much does IF Plan Management cost?

A grand total of $0.

The NDIA knows that invoicing takes time and has dedicated a portion of your budget, should you choose to take it, to be allocated to plan management. What this means is that, any plan management budget received does not lower the amount of NDIS funding you get and is a completely free services paid by the NDIA.

How do I get plan management in my plan?

You can get it by mentioning it to the planner or LAC when you have your planning meeting. They will ask how you would like your NDIS plan managed: NDIS/Agency managed, Self Managed or Plan managed. If you request for the plan managed option, you will receive that funding in your NDIS plan.

Do I have to only use Plan Management for my plan?

Nope, you have the option to choose a combination of any of the fund management options. NDIS gives you the freedom to choose which budget you would like managed by whom.

What if I decide half-way through to change plan manager?

I will try to do my best to resolve all issues, but I understand my services aren’t for everyone. You may cancel at any time, but please note that it takes approximately 2 weeks to have the funds released back into your NDIS account. I will continue to pay for any invoices which have been received during that point in time.

Do you have a mobile app?

Not at this time, but I do sent out monthly summaries of the remaining funds and how they were spent during that month.

We are based in Ryde, Sydney, but cover the majority of the Sydney Basin.
